Who deals with Asset Management needs to automatically recognize the items in question.
A label with Barcode or QRCode on each asset is a way to make more efficient the operators' work.
In this way it is possible to:
- read automatically the items to be moved (initial charge, transfer, dismissal, etc.);
- access the complete card of an asset where a maintenance operation will be executed;
- quicken the inventory operations.
CMDBuild allows you to:
- print barcode labels;
- print QRcode labels;
- use your own mobile APP (for smartphone and tablet) in order to read the labels and automatically recover the complete card of the item in process.
